The lady boss provided clear video clips and photos of where she will be waiting and the direction for me to meet her at the pick up point outside the train station (prior to my arrival).
The one-way pick up service is complementary as per hotel booking. A value added service provided by the hotel and lady boss. Other hotels did not provide such service.
The hotel is at the center of the Furong Town main street, which is approx 300-400m from the entrance. It's very convenient to walk to any hotspots in Furong Town.
The room is clean and comfortable. It's a modern design room type compared to my friend's other hotel room, which is a local antique design.
The view from the room balcony was great especially at night, although it's not a waterfall view.
My overall stay was great and satisfied.

It was close to the entrance gate and waterfall, The owner was very helpful and helped us to carry luggage to the hotel. The food at the restaurant next door is pretty good.

Nice view from the balcony but is not exactly at the main waterfalls area. Room is nice and clean and bed is comfortable. Hotel staff is friendly to help us to purchase entrance ticket and share what's around the area. Hotel provided 1 way free pick up from train station but will need to pay for the return but I think is fine. They will help to arrange for carpooling. The road is uneven so will take some time to drag the luggages from entrance to hotel. There is no lift in the town, so we need to carry our luggage 2 flight of steps downward (no choice). Hotel staff also willing to help carry. Overall a great stay even is 1 night only. Will recommend to stay in this hotel.

Stayed one night and highly recommend. Hotel came and picked us up from the railway station and dropped us back. Booked the panorama room which had good views. Hotel is not overlooking “the waterfall” but has a nice view of the water and town before the waterfall. Got beers from the fridge next door and sat on the balcony and watched the town at night. Location is within the town and need to pay to enter the scenic town but staff will help. Staff speak English and via Wechat and happy to help! Highly recommend this hotel and thank you for looking after us. We got breakfast at their restaurant, steamed buns and soup and was the best tasting breakfast so far! Thank you

Room was clean and modern, view from the room was more upstream from the main waterfall so was not as impressive but the view was still okay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This lovely hotel was a great choice. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a fantastic balcony with amazing views. The owner was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!
